Also called "music paper bread" is a thin and crispy traditional flat bread from Sardinia.
Thanks to its particular method of preparation, this bread keeps fresh and crispy for a long time, making it a staple favourite choice for the shepherds who spent long periods on the mountains. For extra flavour, Pane Guttiau adds in oregano, olive oil, and is slightly salted.
