  • Pecorino Sardo Monte Lughente

    A young pecorino cheese (30-60 days matured) produced from sheep that are reared in the beautiful Sardinian unspoilt countryside. It has a solid firm texture with a delicate sweet undertone. It's bursting in flavour with an aromatic fruity note.
    Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, vegetable rennet

  • Pecorino Monte Limbara

    £ 6.00

    This is one of the most popular, traditional medium soft cheeses (30-90 days matured). It’s made from free range sheeps' milk from Sardinia. The subtle aromatic flavours originate from the natural grasses that the sheep roam freely on.
    White in appearance, with a creamy, granular texture.
    A great "fridge investment" as it works very well in an abundance of recipes.
    Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, vegetable rennet.

  • Pecorino Badeconca

    A semi-matured sheep's milk cheese (150-180 days matured) reared in rural unspoilt countryside. A firmer textured cheese with a full, rich flavour. For those of you who are fans of strong cheese, we believe it will be "love at first bite".
    Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, vegetable rennet.

  • S'ampulla

    S'Ampulla means flask in Sardinian! This delicate flavoured medium textured cheese is still produced today, as it has been for centuries in a quaint flask shape. This young cows’ milk cheese comes from Sardinian naturally reared cattle. It's buttery coloured with a delicate scent and a wonderful slightly hazelnut spring flavour.
    Ingredients: Cow’s milk, vegetable rennet, bacterial culture, salt.

  • Olio extravergine di oliva fruttato

    Sardinian extra virgin olive oil has an intense aroma of perfectly ripened olives. With a beautiful hint of gold, and a pleasant bitter flavour, this supreme quality olive oil has a distinctive artichoke tone, typical of the Sardinian bosana olives.

  • Pane Carasau (Pane Guttiau)

    £ 4.85

    Also called "music paper bread" is a thin and crispy traditional flat bread from Sardinia.
    Thanks to its particular method of preparation, this bread keeps fresh and crispy for a long time, making it a staple favourite choice for the shepherds who spent long periods on the mountains. For extra flavour, Pane Guttiau adds in oregano, olive oil, and is slightly salted.
    Delicious served with any antipasti, cured meats and cheeses and can be slightly warmed if desired.
